What began as a social meeting between two professional travellers in New York’s grand Algonquin Hotel has quickly evolved into the newest bespoke tour company specializing in small group adventures to the most beautiful and interesting places in the world.

Wendy owned and operated a highly successful event production company designing and delivering exclusive incentive events for blue chip clients around the world. She is now keen to share her contacts and access to these one-off unique experiences which would not normally be available to independent travellers or small group tours.

‘Slow travel’ is a byword for a belief that depth is more important than breadth when experiencing a new destination or culture.  We believe it’s not about seeing as much as possible but enjoying as much as possible, seeking out the small treasures as well as the grand vistas.

Believing in cultural immersion and authentic interactions with talented and local people is essentially what Big Yellow Suitcase tours are all about.
